For the first 25 years of his life, Eugene had a bad relationship with money. As the youngest of three siblings, he was always spoiled by his parents. But after going through a challenging relationship, Eugene was overcome with the motivation to change his life around. Joining the financial advisory industry was a ticket of empowerment for him. Two years into this industry, he purchased his first car and first home near to his parents. Today, Eugene is a senior financial consultant that has ranked 4 consecutive years at the MDRT as top 6%.
Eugene’s philosophy has always been to empower his clients with the right financial tools to take charge of their lives, and to grow with them through life. Having worked with over 200 clients, he takes pride in being there for them through challenging times, or exciting milestones.
As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, Eugene understands the unique situational struggles that the community might face, such as an inability to purchase a home, or additional external discrimination they may go through. As such, Eugene works hard to best advise clients from this community to invest so that they can take care of themselves and their family. Eugene is an Associate Financial Planner (AFP), and a Certified Behavioural Consultant (CBC).
Eugene credits his success to his mentor, who taught him to be humble and listen, a skill that’s helped him ensure he knows how to put the needs of his clients first. In his free time, Eugene enjoys going to the gym, and is a certified gym instructor.
